These terms explain how you may use this independent editorial review site and what you can and cannot expect from it.

Read this before you use the site

You have probably arrived here while comparing brokers available in Kenya, and you want a plain account of what AvaTrade offers before you open an account or deposit money. This site exists to give you that account. It is an editorial resource written for readers in Kenya. We are not the broker, we are not connected to the broker, and we do not provide financial services of any kind. We do not open accounts, hold funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or give investment advice. Nothing published here is a personal recommendation, and nothing here should be read as one. If you decide to deal with the broker, the relationship is between you and the broker alone, on the broker's own terms and documents.

By reading or otherwise using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. We keep the site available for information only, and we may suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

We may update these terms

These terms will change from time to time, because the site changes, the law changes, and the way people use the site changes. When we make an update, we will publish the revised terms on this page and show the date on which they take effect. That date will appear at the top of this page.

A revised version applies from the moment it is published. By continuing to use the site after that point, you accept the terms as revised. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the site. We encourage you to read this page again whenever you return, so that you know which version applies to you at that time. We do not undertake to notify individual readers of changes, and no other page, message or statement on this site varies these terms.

Respect the names and brands of others

The name AvaTrade, together with the broker's logos, product names, screen designs and other brand features, belongs to the broker or to the companies that own them. They are used on this site for identification and editorial comment only. Their use here does not suggest any partnership, sponsorship, approval or endorsement by the broker, and none should be inferred. All other names, marks and brands that appear on this site belong to their respective owners, and we claim no rights in them.

We also own the text, layout and design of this site as an editorial work, apart from third-party material used with permission or under an exception in the law. You may read the site, quote short passages with clear attribution, and link to it. You may not copy large parts of it, republish it as your own, or use it to build a competing site, without our written permission obtained through the contact form on this site.
